We do not guarantee booking based on the information provided here – these are rough availabilities and each professional on our team creates their own schedule independently.

FULL DISCLAIMER: We only serve the cities and metropolitan areas that are listed on this page. If you intend to travel to us, please select your city AND the city you intend to travel to, and select the “travel to us” option. This is a question you will answer within our intake form below. In some cases we may be able to travel to you if you are willing to cover the accommodations to do so, however this will be determined on a case by case basis and is for large jobs only such as major repairs, installations, or extensions.

Policy

Please read and understand our booking policy if you intend to work with us!

💵 Down Payment

– A non-refundable down payment is required for every single appointment. No exceptions.

– Most down payments start at $50 but may range much higher depending on the amount of time we have to reserve for your appointment.

– This amount contributes toward your total bill and is not an extra expense.

– Appointments are NOT confirmed until down payment is received.

– Down payments are required a minimum of 3 days before your appointment.

We do not book “same day appointments” – therefore appointments must be set in advance. If you contact us with the expectation of a same day or last minute booking we will likely decline your request and book you for a later date.

– If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled out of respect for the next client and the person who booked you.

– In some cases we can accommodate late appointments, but it should not be expected.

– In the event of a reschedule you will forfeit the down payment for that appointment, and a new down payment will be required to book your next appointment.

If you miss your appointment twice, or are excessively late twice, we reserve the right to increase your down payment requirements or outright refuse booking future appointments with you.

This is a personalized service and we’re more than happy to develop friendly relationships with our clients, but this is also our livelihood and a professional business. Therefore we expect you to respect our policies just as you would with any professional service.

For those who repeatedly cause issues—whether it’s late arrivals, no-shows, last-minute cancellations, inappropriate behavior, or general disrespect—we reserve the right to refuse future service. Respect goes both ways.
