Former Team Members

Over the years, Dreadlock Central has worked with a variety of professionals across different cities to serve our growing client base. Some team members parted ways amicably to pursue their own paths, while others were let go for failing to meet the standards we require for working under our name.

This page is here to bring transparency and clarity—especially in cases where confusion or misinformation may arise. Below is a full breakdown of our former team members, why they are no longer with us, and whether or not they are still active in the dreadlock industry.

Rick (2019–2021)

Rick was part of the Dreadlock Central team from 2019 to 2021 under an independent contractor agreement. His contract was formally ended by our company in 2021.

While some clients have recently received messages that suggest he left on his own terms, we want to clarify that his departure was not voluntary. The decision to end his involvement was made by Dreadlock Central after careful internal review and in the best interest of our clients and our brand.

In May 2025, Rick contacted several former clients using phone numbers that were obtained during his time with our company. Any such outreach is unauthorized and was not approved by Dreadlock Central.

Statement on Brand Integrity:

    • Rick does not have access to our client database or internal systems.

    • His access to client information was revoked immediately upon termination in 2021.

    • This type of outreach appears to fall outside the terms of the agreement he signed, which restricts use of client information after his contract ended.

    • We fully disassociate Rick from Dreadlock Central and do not endorse, recommend, or affiliate with any of his current or future services.

Carlee (2016-2025)

Carlee was with us from the very beginning and played a key role in helping launch what eventually became Dreadlock Central. She served clients for 9 years with consistency and care. Our working relationship ended on great terms, and we’re genuinely grateful for the impact she had during her time with us.

Melanie (2020–2025)

Melanie was a valued part of our team for five years, consistently providing quality service and building strong client relationships. In 2025, we mutually agreed to part ways on excellent terms. She continues to serve the regular clients she developed during her time with us, and we fully support her continued success.

Nat / Natalia (2020–2023)

Nat served clients on behalf of Dreadlock Central until moving to Texas in 2023. We parted ways on good terms, and we remain grateful for the work and effort contributed during their time with us. You can find Nat’s new venture in Texas and New Mexico at this website – https://www.dread-king.com/

Lauren (2020–2021)

Lauren was with us for about one year before deciding to pursue other interests. However, even to this day, she occasionally assists Nash with appointments when needed and remains a friendly part of our extended circle. She left on great terms and continues her own journey outside of the dreadlock industry.

Jesse (2020)

Jesse was part of our team for a short period in 2020. We appreciate his contributions during that time. We wish him well in his future endeavors and are no longer affiliated.

Tone / Anthony (Dec 2023)

Tone was briefly brought onto our team in late 2023. The working relationship was short-lived and ended under our direction. We are no longer affiliated and do not have any ongoing connection with his work.
